If you have been following The Walking Dead episodes from day 1 in the
first episode, you certainly want to know what’s going on in Season 4.
Well, it is safe to say that you can expect more thrill, horror, twist, and
adventure when you watch the Walking Dead Season 4.
After all the chaos and the battles going on in season 3, life seems to
be normal – at least within the prison. After the Governor has gone missing,
everything seems to be quiet and peaceful for the remaining survivors in
prison. As if trying to make amends of the zombie apocalypse happening outside
the prison, they try to resume their normal and routine activities. They grow
their own vegetables. They have pets and some kind of farm. A new community is being built and life seems
to get better.
With the title ’30 Days without Accident’, the early episode starts
with ‘normal’ activities around the prison – aside from the coming walkers on
the fence. Children even play around in the inside field. In a specific scene,
Michonne appears coming back from their hunt for Governor, but she hasn’t found
him yet. Then the group decides to have supply run, which separates the movie
into two main settings.
Rick is focusing on his farm and garden when he was distracted by this
stranger lady, Clara, claiming that she and her husband, Eddie, want to join
the group, but she needs help for her things. Leaving the safe walls of prison,
Rick follows her, talking about ways to survive along their walk to her camp.
In turns out that Eddie has become a zombie, and Clara tries to kill Rick to be
Eddie’s meal. Rick manages to avoid the stab, but surprisingly, Clara stabs
herself so she can join her zombie husband. Rick respects her wish and leaves
her to go back to the prison.
Meanwhile, the group going for supply run seems to encounter no problem
at all. And then when you expect things will get better, it gets worse,
instead. One of the new member, Bob, is struggling hard with his drink problem.
When he tries to return the bottle of liquor he has taken before to the shelf,
it collapses. The loud sound attracts walkers on the roof. And to make things
even worse, the decaying roof also collapses from all the weight of the
walkers. It was like having a horror nightmare setting where there is shower of
zombies from the sky. The group manages to escape, but one of them got bitten
and eaten.
And when no one expects it, one of the youngsters gets sick. Everything
seems okay and he seems to be able to handle his illness. But in the closing
scene, he goes to the bathroom and falls with blood around him. And when he
opens his eyes, they are dead.
If you have been a loyal fan for this show, you know that there are
also surprise and twist elements to the story. You can’t seriously expect that
life would still be peaceful and normal for the people inside prison – at
least, not with such zombie apocalypse. So stay tune to know more about the
